JOB DESCRIPTION
I– DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Executive is responsible formanagement reporting, financial analysis, and supporting financial planning andbudgeting activities. This role works closely with the Head of Finance &Actuarial and Finance Assistant Manager to ensure accurate reporting, effectivecost control, and compliance with internal policies and regulatoryrequirements.
Pacific Cross Vietnam operates in thefield of insurance agency activities, providing insurance auxiliary servicesand supporting insurance companies and reinsurers relating to reinsurance todevelop and administer health insurance and travel insurance products to peopleliving in Vietnam.
Managementreporting
· Analyze financial resultsand explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods
· Partner with Heads ofDepartments to provide financial insights and recommendations to supportmanagement decision- making
· Prepare timely andaccurate management reports, including monthly financial performance reports,key performance indicators (KPIs), and ad- hoc analyses
CostControl & Efficiency
· Identify costoptimization opportunities and work with departments to improve spendingefficiency
· Review monthly operatingexpenses against approved budgets and analyze variances
FinancialPlanning and Budgeting
· Support coordination withdepartments in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
· Review and challenge keyassumptions to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives
Othertasks
· Perform other ad- hoctasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong analytical skillswith attention to detail
· 1–2 years of experiencein finance, accounting, audit, or related roles
· Professionalcertifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA), in progress or to be pursued, are astrong advantage
· Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or a related field
