Responsibilities:
Data Management: Perform data entry and help prepare HR reports and analytics.
Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Support: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support on various HR- related matters.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work well in a team and interact with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is often required.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in social insurance and tax is a plus.
