Hàng năm, AVT xuất khẩu hàng ngàn con- tai- ner cho khoảng gần 200 khách hàng toàn cầu. Chức năng của AVT tại Việt Nam bao gồm theo dõi đơn hàng, thiết kế, vận chuyển, mua hàng, kế toán, đảm bảo- kiểm soát chất lượng, chuỗi cung cứng/ kế hoạch sản xuất, phát triển sản phẩm…với sự hỗ trợ của đội ngũ chuyên nghiệp và nhiều nhà máy đối tác độc quyền.
Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển mạnh mẽ, AVT đang tìm kiếm những ứng viên tài năng để tham gia đội ngũ của công ty.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
A Dutch company is looking to hire a Merchandise Coordinator.
Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for supporting merchandise team in managing customer orders, admin tasks, customer service tasks... in daily works:
Liaison in the inbound transportation between factories and An Viet Thinh and 3rd parties (like clients, lab offices, etc, ) for samples, color swatches …
Liaison in providing factories with the inspection reports
Other tasks requested by direct manager and Board of Director
Key in the testing forms and submit to the 3rd labs
Booking quality and sample inspections with clients
REQUIREMENTS
GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH
FEMALE IS PREFERED
High responsibility in work, carefulness, accuracy
Good Microsoft office
Enjoy working in fast pace international environment
Good at excel and data
Fast learning with good willingness
Teamwork spirit

JOB DESCRIPTION
Check quotation, compare price, check contract with Legal team
Prepare the Payment Request to Suppliers (deposit, payment)
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Assisted in sourcing suppliers under guidance
Pushing purchasing team input information/contracts/ quotations/ Integrity statements/ general information are fully uploaded to TS of factories.
REQUIREMENTS
Detail- oriented, careful, willing to learn
Proactive, initiative, willing to learn
Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in administration, foreign trade, economics, English or related fields.
Good office excel/word/ AI analysis, data filter, document typing
Good English in reading and writing
