Team Lead, HR Shared Services

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Lead HRSS team & manage HR operational projects (HRIS, automation, employee data)
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting & employee queries
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law
- Act as escalation point & build strong stakeholder relationships

REQUIREMENTS

- 5–7 years in HR operations/HR services (preferably MNC or insurance/finance)
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, excellent English communication
- Experienced in managing HR teams or HR projects
- Customer- centric mindset; HRIS experience is a plus
