JOB DESCRIPTION


Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

• To be responsible for backorders and make sure these orders released at the earliest convenience time as stock is available for sales
• Reporting to Manager all problems which are critical to the company’s business
• Preparing report
• Contact customers to inform backorder information to process accordingly
• Closely and accurately monitor Backorder on the system
• Processing backorder at the earliest convenience time as stock is available for sales
• Follow up & handle backorder daily based on Backorder report
• In charge of bac order processing

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• 2- 3 years working for Customer Service
• Must have “can do attitude”
• Knowledge of the system SAP, Haravan
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Carefulness and Team Worker
• Problem solving skills
• Can work 2 shifts (9am- 6pm, 12pm- 9pm), 1 day off/week
• Economic University/College graduated
• Strong communication skills
