Key Responsibilities
Draft meeting minutes, correspondence, and assist with day- to- day project administration.
Support site assessment activities, including data collection, photo documentation, and report preparation.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
Help track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools.
Conduct research on technical specifications, rooftop feasibility, regulatory updates, or market trends.
Assist in coordinating with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, customers).
Support project documentation, filing, and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.
Requirements
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast- paced environment.
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Analytical and detail- oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling (basic Power BI or AutoCAD is a plus).
Good English and Vietnamese skills (written and spoken).
Basic understanding of solar PV systems or construction projects is an advantage.
Interest in solar energy or project management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or exposure to the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sector.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Helioscope, or similar design tools (a plus).
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast- paced environment.
