Chuyên viên Booking Livestream (English/Chinese)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Select products, schedule livestreams, and develop strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
Build and manage a KOL/influencer database, maintain long- term relationships, and explore new collaboration opportunities with talents and MCN agencies.
Coordinate livestream content and timelines, monitor sessions in real time, and maintain strong communication with KOLs to ensure effective performance and ROI.
Research and analyze platform trends, user behavior, and competitors to generate insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Track, analyze, and report on livestream performance metrics (ROI, engagement rate, viewer behavior, etc.) to optimize strategies and improve results.
Plan, execute, and manage KOL/influencer livestream campaigns on TikTok and other platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in KOL booking, influencer marketing, or livestream campaign operations.
Proficiency in English or Chinese for daily communication.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast- paced environment.
Strong skills in campaign planning, product selection, and data analysis.
Familiar with TikTok Live
Creative mindset with a strong sense of audience engagement and trend awareness.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor the progress of KOC content production and publishing to ensure timeliness and alignment with brand guidelines.
Contact, negotiate, and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs to execute product promotion campaigns.
Build and maintain long- term relationships between Creators and the brand.
Coordinate with the product research team to select the right Creators for each product line.
Manage affiliate links, commissions, and evaluate campaign/booking performance.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from platforms, users, and competitors for internal reporting.
Identify, evaluate, and select suitable KOLs/KOCs/Creators for the brand across platforms such as TikTok

REQUIREMENTS

High sense of responsibility and commitment to long- term growth with the company.
Experience in Influencer Marketing / KOL / KOC or Social Commerce.
Familiarity with e- commerce and social commerce platforms such as ce TikTok Shop
Strong communication, time management, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast- paced beauty industry environment.
Proficiency in English or Chinese for daily communication.
Ability to work according to U.S. time zones when collaborating with international teams.
