Who Should Join
This program is suitable for final- year university students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Applicants must be able to commit full- time for the 12- week program and should be enthusiastic, responsible, and motivated to learn through real engineering work. A willingness to use English daily in a professional environment is expected.
Program Structure
Weeks 1 to 2
Program and team onboarding with HR and engineering.
Full account and system setup (Git, Jira, Slack, IDE, internal tools).
First pull requests with mentor- guided reviews.
Introduction to project architecture and workflows.
Assigned starter tasks and shadowing sessions.
Participation in daily stand- ups.
Weeks 3 to 4
Active participation in sprint ceremonies.
Begin independent work on small features.
Learn internal engineering standards and pipelines.
Initial performance check- in and mentor 1:1.
Weeks 5 to 6
Receive Sprint 1 feedback and evaluation from engineering & HR.
Additional mentor 1:1 sessions.
Prepare and deliver Sprint 1 demo.
Continue small feature development and bug fixes.
Adjust goals for Sprint 2 with mentors.
Weeks 7 to 8
Deeper application of engineering standards and deployment workflows.
Pair programming sessions and code review rotations.
Work on medium- complexity features.
Weeks 9 to 10
Deliver consistent, high- quality pull requests.
Weekly mentor 1:1 for technical and performance guidance.
Support team members with backlog items.
Contribute to larger modules with higher ownership.
Weeks 11 to 12
Rookie final presentation and performance scoring.
Evaluation by project leads, mentors, and HR.
Prepare for final project presentation.
Closing mentor 1:1 and discussion of full- time opportunities or next steps.
Support team members’ tasks and finalize project contributions.
Support You Will Receive
Open communication through Slack and regular team check- ins
The engineering manager supervises to ensure a suitable workload and progress tracking.
English communication support through practice, feedback, and structured lessonsParticipants will receive this certificate of achievement at the end of the program and will be eligible for full- time staff position at our sponsor company.
Dedicated mentor support with guidance on coding standards and task execution.
Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation is based on code quality, ownership, teamwork, communication, responsiveness to feedback, and contribution to actual project work.
Path After the Program
Rookies who meet performance expectations may be recommended for full- time engineering positions.
