JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and detail- oriented
Video Editor
with a passion for storytelling in the luxury travel and events sector. In this role, you will transform raw footage into visually compelling, short- form and long- form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. You will work closely with our content, design, and marketing teams to deliver videos that align with our brand identity, maintain a luxury aesthetic, and engage global audiences.
What You’ll Do
· Collaborate with content, design, marketing, and creative teams to align video output with project goals.
· Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance content flow, pacing, and impact.
· Edit raw footage into polished, high- quality videos for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube, etc.).
· Research and stay up to date with editing trends, platform algorithm changes, and content performance insights.
· Add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to elevate video quality.
· Ensure brand consistency across all video deliverables (motion graphics, typography, storytelling).
REQUIREMENTS
· Proficiency in industry- standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent).
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
· Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling, with excellent attention to detail.
· Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio or reels (experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury content is a plus).
· Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading (After Effects or similar tools is a bonus).
· An eye for luxury aesthetics and brand consistency.
· Solid understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and platform best practices.
· Strong portfolio of engaging short- form video content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Stories).
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
· Familiarity with content creation for high- profile events (e.g., F1, Cannes Film Festival, Champions League).
· Experience with drone footage and on- location filming.
· Basic photography skills.
