JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking multiple Loan Processors to join our US- based company. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for gathering necessary documentation, reviewing applications, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with lenders and clients to meet all deadlines for the loan processes such as appraisal date, clear- to- close dates, funding dates etc.
Collect and verify all necessary documentation, including income statements, credit reports, appraisal reports, and property information.
Any other duties related to the loan process.
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to obtain any missing or additional information.
Review mortgage loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of all loan transactions and communications.
Provide excellent customer service and address any borrower inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Prepare loan files and submit them to underwriting for approval.
Analyze applicant financial information to assess creditworthiness and adherence to lending guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Work hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM ( 8 hours work + 1 hour break)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills (comparable to IELTS 6.5 and above)
