JOB DESCRIPTION

Chasing paperwork of new starter and leaver
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Setup facilities and account for new staff
Pickup uniform for shop staff in UK
Check CCTV to check Health & Wellness section to report Line Manager about situation in UK Shop
Send internal form for new staff when they onboard

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor (Business Admin or Human Resources Management)
Good teamwork skills/ communication skills
English Fluent is a MUST
Self- motivated and able to work with minimum
Working time Mon- Fri (13h00- 21h00) Sat (09h00- 12h30)
Able to work & stay calm under pressure and willing to work to contribute company’s growth and development
