JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Description
This is a full- time hybrid role for a Data Analyst based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some work- from- home flexibility. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
Location: Remote or at Kasatria Technologies Vietnam office (HCMC based).
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1- hour lunch break (Monday to Friday); 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday, per requested);
Daily tasks include 70% Implementation & Interpretation of data in Google Analytics; Research & Analysis on Business Processes & Metrics; Development and implementation of data models & algorithms to assess risks & opportunities; Validate findings & hypothesis with iterative experiments; Present findings by exposing assumptions & validations to support your theory; 20% training, learning related skills and 10% paperwork. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to identify business performance improvements and support data- driven decision- making processes.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross- functional teams
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL
Knowledge of Statistics and experience in Data Modeling to identify patterns and actionable insights
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to process and interpret data effectively
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to team and client needs
Good English communication skills are an advantage
