JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Be a Problem- Solver (Consultative Selling): Don&039;t just sell; listen to clients&039; needs (like hygiene standards or maintenance costs). Present our solutions as the best way to solve their problems.
Use Our "Pilot Room Program": Effectively use our "Complimentary Pilot Room Program" as your key tool to prove our product quality and build trust with new clients.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Market Feedback: Keep an eye on market trends and what competitors are doing. Listen to client feedback to help our company improve.
New Customer Hunting: Actively search for and identify potential clients (4- 5 star hotels, resorts, developers). This is a field- based role that requires frequent travel and client meetings.
Reporting & Tools: Able to report presentation and other sales/marketing tools to keep track of all client information and sales activities. Provide clear reports on your sales pipeline and progress.
Client Management & Self- Management: Take full ownership of your work. Manage the entire sales process from the first call to closing the deal. Build strong relationships with new clients and take excellent care of existing ones.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements & Qualifications:
Industry (Crucial): Proven track record of selling to the hospitality (4- 5 star hotels), luxury real estate, or high- end building materials/interior design sectors.
Experience: 3- 5 years of direct B2B sales or key account management experience.
Network: An existing network of contacts within the target industries is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.Fluent in Vietnamese.Can communicate in English
Attitude: Self- motivated, results- driven, highly organized, and able to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Skilled with digital tools ( Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Excel/Notion).
2- 5 years of marketing experience (experience with lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus).
A strong creative eye and attention to detail.
Good at English writing and communication skills.
