ADVENTURE OPERATION EXECUTIVE FULL- TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain operational efficiency: Adhere to established processes, procedures, and systems across all managed accounts.
Proactively resolve issues: Use initiative to address on- the- ground challenges while staying within established processes.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with key stakeholders (Cycling Guides, Event Manpower, Product, Sales, Suppliers, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous service improvement.
Manage cycling tours and team- building experiences: Plan, book, and execute these events accurately and within budget.
Cultivate supplier relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work in a high- pressure workflow.
Self- sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Able to demonstrate core competencies of achieving results with others, independent and logical thinking, problem- solving skills, time management, project management, stakeholder management, and results orientation.
Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity applications and platforms
Preferred skills and qualifications
Learner & Doer in the tourism industry for at least 06 months
Service- oriented with good interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
