JOB DESCRIPTION
PROJECT BRIEF:
Our client is a US- based healthcare company which providessensitive healthcare services tailored to diverse communities by blendingtraditional healing methods with modern medical treatments. They promoteoverall wellness and aim to enhance members&039; physical and mental well- beingthrough a holistic care approach.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
· Comply with all healthcare regulationsand maintain confidentiality
· Participate in calls to help retainmembers
· Help members, families, and providersunderstand healthcare benefits and plans, explaining them clearly via phone,email, or in person
· Solve members&039; issues by finding thecause and explaining the solution. Escalate complex problems to management whenneeded
· Accurately document member interactionsin the system
· Beopen to regular feedback and coaching for improvement
· Follow policies and suggestimprovements for smoother operations, actively engaging in meetings andtraining
· Perform other tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Excellentcommand of Korean equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 TOPIK 5
· Preferredcandidate with customer service experience, but not mandatory.
· English– Intermedidate communication required
