Accounting Analyst Intern- Afternoon Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Daily conducting the invoice processing workflow;
Other accounting tasks required by the clients;
Preparing Excel documents for further analysis;
Weekly Accounting tasks such as prepare quality of earnings report, opening balance sheet report, joint venture distribution calculation report, online revenue reconciliation report, operating cash matching report;
Quarterly Accounting task such as inventory counting process (night shift) and AR conversion;
Other ad- hoc tasks from management.
Daily processing credit card transactions into system;
WORK LOCATION: The District Tower, 159C De Tham Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC
WORKING HOURS: 2PM- 11PM (Mon- Fri)
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
Has knowledge of accounting principles and functions
Fresh graduate major in Accounting and/or less than one year of working experience in Accounting
Can perform basic function on MS Excel
Good English communication skills, especially writing and reading
Nice to have:
Familiar with US accounting standards
Work behavior:
Has the ability to creatively redesign one’s job; self- starter
Willing to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions
Has the ability to work independently, execute task well
