JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quantity Surveying / Renovation Project Support:
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure cost estimates and variations are accurate and timely
Assist in obtaining and comparing quotations from suppliers and contractors
Generate renovation quotations, variation orders (VOs), and invoices based on design specifications and site changes
Track project budgets and monitor cost developments throughout the project lifecycle
Administrative & Office Support:
Filing – Maintain organised filing systems (both digital and hardcopy) for all key documents including contracts, quotations, invoices, and approved design materials
Social Media Support – Assist in creating and posting basic content for company social media (e.g., project photos, company updates, design insights)
Data Entry – Key in and verify sales and purchase invoices using Xero accounting software
Accounting Support – Prepare, analyse, and monitor budgets and department expenses on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; present findings to Directors for fund planning
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Good command of English; strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail- oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
0- 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Interest/experience in interior design, renovation, or project management is an added advantage
Comfortable working with numbers and preparing basic financial reports
