Hung Dong is a company operating in the field of freight forwarding and logistics, we have been operating in this field for more than 12 years. Currently, due to business expansion, we are looking for 2 positions of Oversea Business Development and Freight sales (supervisor level).
Hung Dong proudly participates in seven major global logistics networks, including JC Trans, WCA, PPL, CLN, ABN, WWPC, and OPCA, enabling strong global connectivity and high- standard service delivery.
Working location: M Flr., Phuoc Thanh Building, No. 199 Dien Bien Phu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, HCM City, VietNamWorking hour: 8:00 – 17:30 Monday- Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION
Theo dõi, phân tích và báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh.
Tư vấn, đề xuất các giải pháp logistics phù hợp cho khách hàng.
Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng hiện tại và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới trong lĩnh vực logistics.
Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến lược kinh doanh nhằm đạt chỉ tiêu doanh thu.
REQUIREMENTS
Chuyên ngành Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
Hiểu biết về thị trường logistics, vận tải, xuất nhập khẩu.
Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Sales trong ngành Logistics/Forwarder
Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và công việc tốt.
Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh/ tiếng Trung/ tiếng Hàn là một lợi thế. Những ứng viên biết tiếng Trung / tiếng Hàn không yêu cầu cần có kinh nghiệm về sales logistics, có thể đào tạo sau.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục và đàm phán tốt.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Explore new business opportunities through attending overseas conferences, exhibitions, and online meetings.
Strengthen relationships with agents & partners within the network or conferences that the company is a member of.
Lead negotiations and coordinate complex decision- making processes to capture new business opportunities.
Expand business from both new and existing accounts.
Continuously work towards converting sales leads and customer/agent data into new business; retain existing customers & agents and add new ones. Manage overseas sales and related activities.
Build plans and strategies to expand the overseas market.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with Operation/Customer Service teams for business proposals.
Maintain billing records of existing clients and retrieve payments.
Build up and maintain strong relationships with current and potential overseas agents/partners.
Business understanding with cross- sell and up- sell capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Good English communication skills; Chinese is a big advantage.
Experience in the logistics field is expected.Preference for candidates with background in operation or customer service in logistics companies, commercial mindset, and willingness to challenge themselves in new ventures.
Proactive, extroverted, good communication skills, quick adaptability to new environments.
Good knowledge of international markets/sales.
Sales- oriented mindset.
Willing to work overtime and travel domestically and overseas
Graduated in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related subjects.

Salary: VND 12,000,000 to 20,000,000
14 months salary per year (for full- year employees) plus additional bonuses based on company financial results
