Job Description

Check Import documents and save to related folders.
Prepare Loan form for demo goods.
Check and update product label/translation.
Prepare and issue certified copies of Seaway/Airway Bill, SLI, Booking Confirmation, Invoice, Delivery Note, Customs sheet, etc. and provide them to customers if needed.
Manage document fees and issue related invoices.
Issue CQ and dispatch original CO, CQ to customers.
Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Coordinate local trucking and dispatch shipment from Bosch warehouses to customers.
Verify purchase orders and other related papers with signatures/stamps and file to folders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

3rd or final year student majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, etc.
Eloquent in Vietnamese and English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Candidates with Time Management and Task Management skills are preferred
No working experiences required; however, having logistics related activities is a plus
Be able to work full- time
High sense of discipline and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with a high attention to details
Highly organized and able to multitask, proactive with “can do attitude”
