JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development Support
Help draft internal references such as feature guides, onboarding materials, and FAQs.
Conduct benchmarking research on ESG digital tools, regulatory platforms, and sustainability software.
Assist in structuring, testing, and documenting Aegis features (logic, workflows, user experience).
2. Project Management & Operations
Participate in cross- functional meetings, summarize action items, and track follow- ups.
Support planning and execution of ongoing consulting projects (timeline tracking, documentation, coordination).
Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to align product/project outputs with external communication.
Assist in ESG content research for client deliverables, presentations, and internal knowledge papers.
3. Marketing & Sales Support
Help with sales outreach (emails, client follow- ups).
Support content writing (articles, social media posts).
Assist in video creation for campaigns and onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Organized, structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
Familiar with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast- paced environment.
Strong English reading and writing skills (especially for research, documentation, and client- facing tasks).
Background in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Environmental Studies or other relevant fields.
Knowledge of basic visual tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut) is a plus.
