JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated Graphic Designer who is a visual storyteller at heart. This isn&039;t just a design role; it&039;s a hybrid creative position. The ideal candidate can craft stunning digital designs and is passionate about capturing the world through a lens. You will be a key creative force, responsible for designing compelling visual assets and assisting with in- house photography and videography.

Plan, shoot, and edit high- quality photo and video content for social media, websites, and internal projects.
Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, web banners, ad creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with our marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, typography, and color palettes for various clients.
Retouch and color- grade photographs to meet brand standards.
Stay on top of the latest design, social media, and content trends.
Assemble and edit video footage into compelling short- form (social) and long- form (brand) content.

REQUIREMENTS

A positive, collaborative attitude—you&039;re a team player.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio that showcases your design skills.
A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent time- management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast- paced environment.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator are essential).

A great sense of humor and a passion for creative culture.
Strong, demonstrated skills in photography and videography.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and/or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects).
Experience with photo editing and management (Adobe Lightroom).
