JOB DESCRIPTION
You&039;ll get hands- on experience in both back- office and front- office operations for our cycling tours and team- building events. Key responsibilities include:

Contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Assisting in planning and communication with stakeholders for cycling tours and team buildings.
Maintaining inventory of equipment (bikes, helmets, props, etc.).
Supporting on- site event setup and breakdown.
Coordinating with vendors, guides, and facilitators for logistics and supplies.
Managing customer bookings and responding to inquiries.
Preparing post- event reports and feedback summaries.

Experience: Previous operation/project management internship (or experience) preferred but not required.
Qualification: Currently pursuing a 3 or 4- year undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in the national local language and English
Proactive, eager to learn, and a good communicator.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge:
Understanding the Destination Management system is preferred but not required
Passion in outdoor activities
Attributes:
