JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with other departments and teamsto ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues.
Support Sales team with customer contact andrelationship building.
Prepare documents for payment, cost, orcollection and transfer to the accounting department.
Prepare and send arrival notice, deliveryorder to consignee, and resolve shipment issues.
Report and follow up with the manager for allassignments and issues.
Verify SOP, cost, and selling rate with Salesor Agents/Carriers.
Approve and close lot by reviewing costs,sales, and other information in Value Plus.
After receiving the arrival notice, checkdata, POD, deadline, and costs, then submit manifest to the customs declarationsystem.
Receive pre- alert from Overseas Dimerco andAgents, check related documents (HBL/MBL).
Build and maintain relationships with bothdomestic and overseas partners, actively searching for new sales leads.
Assist Leader to monitor and manage theimport team’s daily shipment arrangements.
Ensure on- time billing, cost approval, andmonthly shipment lot closing as per KPIs.
Maintain strong partnerships with vendors andbuild good relationships with clients.
Communicate and coordinate with customers,carriers, and affiliated vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and serviceexcellence.
Perform other tasks as assigned bymanagement.
Update information in Value Plus system(sales, costs, debit/credit notes).
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Education: Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor&039;s Degree,Economics, Foreign trading, International transportation, Logistics solution orequivalent.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills
Onboard time: Early November2025 (employment period: Nov 2025 – Jul 2026)
Language: Good command of English
Personal qualities: Self- motivated, respectful, honest, and trustworthy
Working schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (7.5 workinghours/day, with 1.5- hour break); Saturday morning: WFH
BENEFITS
Salary: VND 10–12 milliongross/month
Monthly KPI performance bonus
Annual leave: 12 days/year (per company policy)
