KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply daily payment and deposit matching to actual cashflows.
Liaise with banks on banking facilities, products and manage banking relationship
Support cash flow forecasting including management of working capital requirements.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and revenue.
Daily update bank statements
Handle refund to customers
Manage and ensure all daily financial transactions are recorded in accounting system
Other ad- hoc tasks required by upper levels.
Issue VAT invoice, refund and follow aging balance of Insurance direct billing segment
Support in facilitating the company’s cash movements.
Support in managing the organization&039;s bank relationships and POS management.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years’ experience with the position of Cash accounting for retail (Preferable).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, ERP and other tools.BENEFITS – Caring for You the Way You Care for the Community
Good logical thinking and problem- solving skill.
Have ability to manage high- volume workloads and perform effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and a positive working attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
