WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Assist in preparing service proposals, presentations, and pitch decks using PowerPoint and basic design tools, based on provided guidelines.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of tender submissions, including document compilation, data checks, and formatting.
• Support internal coordination with Customer Service, Capacity and Planning and Operations teams to gather required inputs for pricing and tender exercises.
• Assist in basic pricing analysis, comparison, and reporting for internal review (no pricing authority).
• Support Pricing team in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data related to airfreight rates, surcharges, and cost components.
• Support the organization and maintenance of pricing files, rate references, reports, and internal databases.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Good teamwork spirit and coordination skills.
• Good analytical thinking and willingness to work with numbers and reports.
• Strong interest in pricing, commercial analysis, and logistics operations.
• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
• Careful, detail- oriented, and able to handle data accurately.
• Able to read and write emails in English for daily work communication.
• Quick learner, responsible, and open to feedback.
