JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Expansion and Growth (50%)
Build and develop POS and Payment partnership models to increase new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze user data, evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs.
Propose improvements based on customer behavior and feedback.
Partnership and Cross- functional Collaboration (30%)
Work with POS/Payment partners to ensure service quality, partnership commitment, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor and resolve arising issues, ensuring user experience and partnership performance.
Connect with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
Process and Efficiency Optimization (20%)
Optimize costs and resources in partnership execution.
Propose and implement solutions to improve POS/Payment partnership operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to synthesize and analyze data to make quick decisions.
At least 2 years of experience in E- commerce, Logistics, Customer Service, or Project Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Studio, experience working with SQL is a plus.
Graduated from University/College or have equivalent experience.
Proactive, hardworking, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Positive, friendly, and adaptable.
