Job Description:
1. Learning & Leadership Program Support:Support the team in collecting feedback and basic data related to program outcomes to inform adjustments.
Assist in the logistical planning and execution of L&OD programs, including management and leadership development initiatives (e.g., scheduling, preparing training materials, coordinating participant communications).
Knowledge Transfer & Learning Culture Assistance:
Support the team in preparing materials for internal trainers and subject matter experts.
Help organize and facilitate knowledge- sharing activities and resources.
Conduct research on best practices for internal knowledge transfer and fostering a learning culture within organizations.
Learning Portfolio & Needs Analysis Support:
Assist in collecting data for training needs analysis, collaborating with HRBPs and divisional stakeholders as guided by the team.
Support the organization and maintenance of the corporate learning portfolio documentation.
Help track progress and outcomes of learning initiatives through data entry and basic report preparation.
Organization Development Initiatives Contribution:
Assist cross- functional teams in coordinating activities to ensure alignment and successful execution of OD initiatives.
Contribute to the logistical and administrative aspects of organization- wide initiatives such as culture transformation, talent development, and performance enhancement.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Manage and organize L&OD- related documentation, records, and digital files.
Assist in preparing reports and updates for various stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the L&OD team.
Learning Opportunities:
Exposure to various talent development and organizational effectiveness methodologies and initiatives.
Gain hands- on experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of L&OD programs.
Understand adult learning principles and their application in a corporate setting.
Develop practical skills in research, data analysis, project coordination, and content development.
Job Requirements:
Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to gather and synthesize information.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Proactive, organized, and detail- oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English, if applicable).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
