JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager (Blockchain) to lead and coordinate blockchain- based product development initiatives. The role is responsible for managing delivery across cross- functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and external partners.The Project Manager will ensure on- time, on- budget, and high- quality delivery of blockchain platforms such as smart contracts, NFT platforms, DeFi products, or Web3 integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Manage scope, timeline, cost, and quality
• Track sprint progress and ensure release readiness
• Lead end- to- end project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders
• Provide clear reporting to leadership
• Align technical delivery with product roadmap
Technical Coordination
• Coordinate development of:
• Wallet and token integration
• Smart contracts (Solidity, EVM- based chains)
• Web3 integrations
• Understand gas optimization, security review, and audit processes
• Blockchain nodes & infrastructure
• Support UAT and production deployment
Team & Process
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Remove impediments
• Improve delivery processes
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
• At least 1–2 years exposure to Blockchain / Web3 projects
• 3–6 years experience in IT Project Management
• Strong understanding of:
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Smart contracts
• Familiar with tools: Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Good English communication skills
• Tokenomics basics
• DeFi / NFT ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with networks like:
• Polygon
• Ethereum
• Experience in token launch / IDO
• BNB Chain
• Basic knowledge of smart contract audit process
• PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
