JOB PURPOSES:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to
experience in talent acquisition processes.
HR team to support various recruitment activities and gain hands- on
Support HR Team set- up online & offline test for candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in creating job postings to attract potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates&039; skills and qualifications.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
Do ad- hoc tasks (if any) required from Talent Acquisition supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet browsers.
Ability to multi- tasks, attention to details.
Good English in written and verbal communication.
3rd or final year student from university majoring in Human Resources, Business Administrations, Economics, English is preferred. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
Good customer service and problem- solving skill.
