JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking 3 motivated and detail- oriented Telemarketing Intern to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This internship is tailored for freshers who are eager to gain valuable experience in customer service and project operations, with a strong focus on visitor invitation handling and database management. You will play a vital role in ensuring high- quality engagement with top- tier clients and visitors for our exhibitions and conferences.
What You Will Do
● Coordinate and execute personalized invitation campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
● Update and maintain the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
● Conduct tele- calling to verify and enhance visitors&039; contact information.
● Ensure clear and professional communication with visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
● Work closely with the project and marketing teams to support overall visitor and exhibitor initiatives.
● Assist in tracking RSVPs, collecting feedback, and ensuring guests receive a seamless event experience.
Make 100- 120 calls per day.
REQUIREMENTS
● Comfortable with data entry, basic CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polite phone manner.
● Recent graduate or final- year student with a passion for communication, customer service, and events.
● High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Intermediate level of English; Vietnamese fluency required.
● Positive, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
