JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with the assortment team, creator team, and creators to increase certainty of creator collaborations in terms of product selection, video/livestream content production and order generation throughout the whole growth cycle of products.
- Design the strategy to build long- term relationships with creators to achieve the growth of semi- fulfillment by platform project. Be responsible for the amount of creators cooperated and GMV contribution.
- Conduct creator match- making for assortment in different categories. Provide assortment insights for creators to optimize the outcomes of collaborations and optimization for assortment from supplier side.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of working experience in creator management in e- commerce industry.
- Bachelor&039;s Degree or above
- Have insights into industries like Fashion/Beauty & Healthcare/Electronics/Grocery/Home & Living.
- Able to establish connections, build up trust with creators, and be familiar with the content creation industry with good creator connections.
- Highly committed to the position.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese language
