Junior / Middle Finance & Accounting Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will:Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly statutory financial reports.
Monitor and update Purchase Order files on a daily basis to ensure proper tracking and approval control.
Take charge of monthly client billing for the Singapore entity, including reviewing the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual terms.
Prepare and coordinate tax declarations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring timely submission and payment.
Perform other finance- related tasks as assigned by team leads or management.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to improve and streamline financial processes and internal controls.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including reviewing and reconciling actual statutory figures against VPL reporting for Singapore.
Assist with tax matters and support audit procedures, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
Oversee treasury management for the Singapore entity, including payment processing via Citibank and Wise, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and cash control.
Review supporting documents for operating costs, including staff claims, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and the Company’s internal policies.
Monitor and track Singapore revenue performance and outstanding receivables, including follow- up support and reporting on collection status.
Monitor Summit P&L performance and provide financial tracking and variance analysis as required.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate and timely entry into accounting systems and financial records.
REQUIREMENTS
What you will bring:Good English communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
