JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement and optimize microservices architecture with focus on performance, security, and resilience.
Integrate and manage data pipelines for market data, research data, and trading signals.
Build and manage real- time trading APIs, order management, and risk control services.
Work with Product Owners and BAs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for XNO trading platform and XNOQuant community.
Collaborate with frontend, AI, and quant teams to ensure smooth system integration.ccc
Implement best practices for logging, monitoring, CI/CD, and automated testing.
REQUIREMENTS
Hands- on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of Golang, or Python.
Solid experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
2+ years of backend development experience (fintech/crypto/AI platforms is a plus).
Experience with message queues & streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of system security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and API Gateway.
Familiar with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Bonus: Understanding of financial markets, trading systems, or quant research workflows.
