JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:Assist with day- to- day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.Manage and maintain physical and digital employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Help with office management tasks, such as coordinating meetings, managing supplies, and handling correspondence.
Human Resources Support:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support new hire onboarding by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation.Help with employee relations and inquiries, acting as a point of contact for basic HR- related questions.Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and employee engagement activities.Support the HR team in preparing reports and presentations on various HR metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor&039;s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
