Data Tracking & BD Insights

Support development of automation tools and the Early Warning System to flag underperformance risks (BD or seller side)
Create data visualizations to support decision- making for frontline teams (BD staff and leaders)
Conduct regular data reviews and contribute insights to optimize sales operations
Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor BD and seller performance

Policy Compliance & Risk Management

Assist in escalating and resolving policy violations in collaboration with Legal/Finance/Operations
Execute routine audits and prepare reports for the Senior Associate
Support the documentation and maintenance of BD operating SOPs, especially those related to performance and compliance
Monitor and investigate suspicious activities such as collusion between sellers and BD, or abuse of internal ratecards/incentives

Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related technical fields
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and data accuracy
Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools is a plus
High level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion when handling sensitive data
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams
