We are seeking a young, enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to work full- time/part- time from our cozy office in Lakeview City, District 2 (Thu Duc City). This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed, and self- motivated individual who is interested in learning from an international working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support [C] Vietnam sales, including promoting advertising placements, and partnership opportunities in the magazine
Arrange introductory calls and follow- up meetings for our Chairman or Membership Manager with potential members and partners
Manage contacts, outreach, and follow- ups using our CRM system (HubSpot) and database
Ensure effective distribution of [C] Vietnam (https://cvietnam.asia), and other communications to our network of executives
Assist in preparing materials and reports related to business development activities
Invite potential members and partners to attend our executive events and meetings
Identify and reach out to senior executives and business leaders in Vietnam to introduce them to our network
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, detail- oriented, and precise in their work
Having 1–2 years of experience is a plus
Self- motivated and eager to learn
A current student or recent graduate in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
A strong communicator with excellent English and interpersonal skills
