Job Description:
Business Analysis (BA):
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across sales, marketing, and other commercial functions.
Support the creation of user stories, use cases, and process flows to clearly articulate product needs.
Quality Control (QC):
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Assist in execution of test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of digital products.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that products meet business and user requirements.
Project Management (PM):
Contribute to the creation of project- related documentation, such as project plans and status reports.
Assist in facilitating team meetings and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
Provide support in monitoring project progress, tracking project tasks and timelines.
Learn and apply agile methodologies in day- to- day tasks.
General Support:
Contribute to the maintenance of product documentation and knowledge bases.
Assist the Product team with ad- hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Stay up- to- date with the latest digital product trends and technologies.

Job requirements:
Good organizational and time management skills.
Detail- oriented with a strong focus on quality.
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Willing to take 6- months duration
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ready to start from March 2026
Familiarity with project management, analytic tools or methodologies (e.g., Jira, Agile, Confluence, PowerBI etc.) is a plus.
Strong interest in digital products and technology.
Current third / final year students studying a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Administration/Information Technology/Computer Science/Marketing or related fields
