The Opportunity
Weare seeking highly motivated Marketing Assistant to work as part of our growingteam in our Ho Chi Minh City office, supporting a range of Australian clients. Theideal candidate will be English speaking, have prior marketing experience, andbe comfortable using CRM systems. You’ll play a key role in supporting ourmarketing efforts and ensuring quality communication with leads and clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
KeyResponsibilities
Work closely with local and international team
Edit and post videos.
Assist with other marketing- related tasks as needed.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the marketing teamand wider needs of the company.
Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms.
Communicate with leads and clients via phone and email.
Create and send marketing emails using CRM tools.
Design basic graphics using Canva.
REQUIREMENTS
Skillsand qualifications
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools.
Proven experience in marketing roles.
Hands- on experience with CRM and/or email marketing systems.
Experience in corporate environments.
