Hàng năm, AVT xuất khẩu hàng ngàn con- tai- ner cho khoảng gần 200 khách hàng toàn cầu. Chức năng của AVT tại Việt Nam bao gồm theo dõi đơn hàng, thiết kế, vận chuyển, mua hàng, kế toán, đảm bảo- kiểm soát chất lượng, chuỗi cung cứng/ kế hoạch sản xuất, phát triển sản phẩm…với sự hỗ trợ của đội ngũ chuyên nghiệp và nhiều nhà máy đối tác độc quyền.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities: willbe trained to do the daily tasks:
Assisted in sourcing suppliers under guidance
Prepare the Payment Request to Suppliers (deposit, payment)
Pushing purchasing team input information/contracts/ quotations/ Integrity statements/ general information are fully uploaded to TS of factories.
Othertasks assigned by line manager
Check quotation, compare price, check contract with Legal team
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Detail- oriented, careful, willing to learn
Proactive, initiative, willing to learn
Female only
Good office excel/word/ AI analysis, data filter, document typing
Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in supply chain, logistic, international business or related fields.
Good English in reading and writing
