JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll support our team in delivering smooth, helpful, and delightful experiences to our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
Assist in responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting common issues.
Follow up with customers & collect insights.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve tough cases.
Support billing- related tasks (payments, invoices, refunds).
Learn to use and understand our products so you can guide customers effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
Interested in technology and eager to explore new digital tools and systems.
Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Currently a 3rd– or 4th–year university student majoring in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Languages, or related fields.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Available to work at least 32 hours per week.
Enjoy helping others and finding practical solutions to their problems.
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
