About Graduate Programme- APAC Client ServiceThe Dialectica Graduate Programme
is your launchpad for an accelerated career. Forget slow rotations- you&039;ll immediately join our Client Service Team as an Associate, driving the core business from day one. This immersive experience combines rapid on- the- job learning with world- class, structured development and direct mentorship, providing the foundational skills in sales, negotiation, and strategy essential for leadership.
This programme is specifically designed to fast- track high- potential graduates into a Manager role in just two years, giving you global exposure and the opportunity to become a future leader at one of Europe&039;s fastest- growing firms.

REQUIREMENTS
We hire people for their potential and a growth mindset, a few competencies which can form our successful candidates are:
Resilient, self- motivated, results- driven would be highly preferred;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Show strong motivation in business world and collaboration potential that align with our Core Values;
Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s/Master’s from related fields) with up to 2 years of work experience (excluding internships);
Available to start full- time from November 2025.
Selection Process
Step 1: Phone Interview with Dialectica Recruiter (~30 minutes).
Step 2: Invitation to join an on- site Assessment Day event on either November 8th or November 22nd; from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
Step 3: Full- time job offer within 3 working days.
