Welcome to our 6- month Internship Program at Maersk Vietnam, where we connect talent with opportunity in the dynamic world of logistics! This program is designed to offer aspiring professionals a hands- on experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, operational excellence and much more.
OPENING POSITIONS
Customer Experience Intern (Logistics & Supply Chain Management):
Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.
Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Join projects assigned by the Manager.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Transport Operation Management Intern:
Assist in resolving transportation- related issues and delays.
Help manage transportation documentation,
Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost- effective deliveries.
Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in monitoring the operation status and providing updates to internal teams.
Join projects assigned by the Manager.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proficient in Microsoft Office,
Data- driven and proactive. High learning agility and a Willing- to- do mindset.
Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.
Proficient in English. Candidates who can use additional languages (especially Chinese) will have a huge advantage.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
Final- year students who can commit to work full- time for 6 months from Feb- Mar/2026 or fresh graduates.
Native Vietnamese.
