Role Purpose:
The Communication and Engagement Intern will support KFC Vietnam’s internal communication, employee engagement, talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. This role contributes to building a connected and positive work environment by assisting in the planning/organizing of engagement activities, supporting recruitment efforts, and creating meaningful communication and media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
· Support the creation of written content for internal communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, and event recaps for internal platforms.
· Assist in planning and organizing internal events such as team- building, employee recognition programs, and festive celebrations.
· Help manage feedback tools (e.g., surveys, forms) and consolidate insights to improve engagement activities.
Content & Media Support
· Capture engagement activities through photos and short videos during internal events.
· Coordinate content posting on internal channels and support updates on the company website or social media.
· Assist with basic media editing and the creation of visual content (e.g., banners, videos, social media posts) for internal and employer branding purposes.
Administrative & Cross- team Collaboration
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of engagement activities.
· Maintain records of engagement programs and support data tracking and reporting.
Employer Branding & TA projects support
· Support logistics for recruitment activities such as recruitment livestream, job fairs, company tour, and/or university workshops.
· Post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, internal job portals).
Professional Skills:
· University student (final year) or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
· Creative, detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast- paced, team- oriented environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or video- editing apps is a plus.
