HCM - Campaign Planner Executive

- Billing Audits & Paperwork: Conduct monthly billing audits, manage payment systems, and process paperwork related to freelancer payments, advertising costs, and other relevant expenses.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize e- commerce campaigns, ensuring that each campaign achieves or surpasses performance goals.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of campaigns, including documentation and process management.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance against e- commerce and marketing goals. Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Cross- Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and seamless execution across all channels for assigned campaigns.
- Budget & Performance Projections: Develop budgets and performance projections for new testing strategies and approaches within e- commerce campaigns.
- Creative & Campaign Assets Management: Oversee the delivery of creative assets, campaign documentation, and necessary materials in preparation for campaign launches.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in media management, with a preference for candidates experienced with e- commerce platforms.
Skills
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality under pressure.
+ Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), as well as other relevant industry tools and technologies.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns and meeting deadlines.
- Critical Thinking & Problem- Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and propose unconventional solutions.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared objectives.
