Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our embedded systems team. This role involves the end- to- end design, development, testing, and debugging of electronic systems and products, with a focus on PCB design, low- power microcontrollers, and sensor integration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering reliable and efficient hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with QA team to support validation and production.
Design and develop electronic circuits for embedded systems and custom hardware products.
Integrate and test sensors, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
Prototype and debug hardware systems in collaboration with firmware team.
Document designs, test procedures, and hardware revisions clearly and thoroughly.
Select components and evaluate trade- offs based on performance, cost, power consumption, and availability.
Create and maintain schematics and PCB layouts using industry- standard tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad).

Required Qualifications:

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microcontroller- based systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug hardware independently.
Hands- on experience with PCB design tools and simulation software.
Experience with laboratory tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
5+ years of experience in hardware or embedded system design.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of sustainable design or traffic system electronics is a plus.
Experience working in a cross- functional engineering team (hardware + firmware + QA).
Experience with low- power design techniques and battery- powered products.
