{Hanoi} Valuation Intern

CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the
Valuation & Advisory Services
Department.

Complete general administrative tasks
Collect, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes
Translate standard documents
Apply marketing and tele- marketing skills
Handle customer service issues (negotiations, claims handling)
Identify problems and develop creative yet practical solutions
Conduct site inspection activities and reports

- WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
CBRE internship programs
are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, young graduates, post- graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel…)
Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work.
Willing to commit to the internship full- time period for at least 3 months.
Experience is a plus (internship, volunteer, certificates…)
Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English is a must.
Hard- working, well- organized, enthusiastic and careful.
Work full time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM)
Senior student or fresh graduate in Business Administration program or related filed are welcome.
