Interview process:
One round – In- person interview (in both English and Vietnamese).
JOB DECRIPTION:Coordinate content creation for posts on the company’s LinkedIn page to support Sales activities
Prepare documents, contracts, and quotations to support business activities
Arrange appointments and assist in organizing and attending meetings, events, and client visits when required
Have a good understanding of the company’s services and products
Be familiar with internal processes, procedures, and the handling of contracts from the company or clients
Support the Sales Lead in identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential clients
REQUIREMENTS:Recent graduated from Economics- related majors (Preferably from FTU, NEU, UEB…, etc.)
Good English skills (IELTS 6.5+), strong reading, writing, and critical thinking in English.
No experience required – training will be provided.
Proficient in office software: Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, etc.
Sales mindset, Confident, proactive, and fast learner.
Able to work full- time at the company’s office. (Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30)
Preference will be given to candidates who studied abroad or graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, …
