Job Description:
Procurement process: working with vendors/procurement/legal for contracting, invoices & payment
Logistics support for training & events: room booking, IT/WPS ticket, teabreak, materials printing, coordinate with internal/external vendors for setup etc.
TA support: candidates sourcing, profile screening, interview arrangement & manage external recruitment channel as Vietnamworks, Linkedin, CareerViet, etc...
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
English fluently.
Get- things- done mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skill.
