World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization working to improve the quality of life of people, especially children who are marginalized and living in poverty. World Vision helps all who are in need, regardless of their religion, race, ethnicity or gender. World Vision International (WVI) USA- Representative Office in Vietnam has been funded by 13 support countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Australia. Funding of WVI Vietnam consists of sponsorship program funding (70%) and Private Non- Sponsorship (PNS)/grants (30%). WVI Vietnam employs about 400 staff, of which 99% are Vietnamese nationals. WVI Vietnam is operating in 25 Area Programs (AP) in 4 zones: North 1 (Dien Bien, Ha Noi, Hai Phong), North 2 (Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh), Central (Quang Nam, Quang Tri, and Da Nang), and South (Quang Ngai, Ho Chi Minh, Dak Nong). WVI’s AP usually focuses on one administrative district of a province which is populated by ethnic minority people with high rates of poverty. Beside the APs, WVI is also implementing different Special and Grant Projects to meet the specific needs of vulnerable children in both AP and non- AP areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Operation team in implementing microfinance activities within policy framework to achieve sustainability.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Insurance Products (20%): manage/update products, proposals, pilots, reports, reconciliation.
Operations Support (30%): coordinate events, workshops, payments, research.
Communication & Marketing (20%): update MF info on website, develop marketing tools, support branch marketing events, update client stories.
Customer Services (20%): support call center in surveys, loan renewal guidance.
Other tasks (10%): translate documents EN- VN, support Ops Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Pre- employment health check required.
Experience in community development; microfinance preferred.
Knowledge of MF activities, small enterprise dev.
Fluent in MS Office, English.
Good communication, marketing, planning, coaching.
Integrity, active, adaptable, teamwork spirit.
Bachelor’s degree (Economy, Finance, Accounting preferred).
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Local partners, clients: cooperation, training.
MF Ops Manager: guidance, approval (daily).
IT officer: loan tracking system.
Operations team, Branch staff: monitoring, support.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Chương trình Tài chính vi mô (MFU) – World Vision International tại Việt Nam, thành lập từ 2006, cung cấp dịch vụ tài chính vi mô (vốn, bảo hiểm, tiết kiệm) giúp hộ nghèo phát triển kinh doanh.
Hoạt động tại 11 huyện, 4 tỉnh miền Bắc & miền Trung.
MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC
Tuyến đầu, làm việc trực tiếp với cộng đồng để triển khai tín dụng, đảm bảo quản lý vốn vay theo chuẩn TCVM.
VAI TRÒ/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
Giám sát & đánh giá (20%): báo cáo, kế hoạch, góp ý hoạt động chi nhánh.
Khác (10%): quan hệ địa phương, hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp, nghiên cứu thị trường.
Tiếp thị mở rộng khách hàng (20%): tuyên truyền, tập huấn, phát triển cụm/tổ vay.
Quản lý vốn vay (50%): lựa chọn, thẩm định, xét duyệt, giải ngân, thu hồi vốn, giám sát khách hàng, phòng ngừa nợ xấu.
REQUIREMENTS
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hộ nghèo, cộng đồng.
Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, giao tiếp cộng đồng, sử dụng Word/Excel.
Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH về nông nghiệp, kinh doanh, tài chính, kế toán.
Trung thực, kiên nhẫn, năng động, cam kết giá trị của WVI.
Đi lại thường xuyên tại địa bàn (80% thời gian).
