As an Business Intelligence Executive (E- commerce), you will play a critical role in supporting the e- commerce business through data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting. You will work closely with various business units to understand data needs, monitor performance, and generate insights that guide business decisions. Your contributions will help drive operational efficiency, optimize marketing and sales performance, and support the broader business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
• Support A/B testing, campaign tracking, and performance evaluation across e- commerce functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in defining new metrics based on evolving business needs.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis for E- Commerce business (both B2C and C2C business)
• Perform data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and business insights using statistical techniques.
Reporting & Dashboard Creation
• Translate complex data into simple visualizations and insights that are easy to understand.
• Customize reports for specific teams (e.g., CM, EC Local, EC Regional, Sales Planning) to support their decision- making needs.
• Help automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Collaboration & Business Support
• Assist with data consistency, validation, and quality checks across reports and systems.
• Document analysis processes and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Propose an online business development plan through an evaluation of the company&039;s and competitors&039; categories and channels. Monitor the implementation of regulations related to price control, consumer programs, livestream activities, affiliate marketing, and other marketing initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks.
• Support the business in data- driven decision- making by providing timely, accurate, and relevant information.
• Collect information on competitors&039; competitive activities, assess their impact, and propose corresponding actions aligned with the company&039;s budget and resources.
Compliance & Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and contribute to the ongoing refinement of BI tools and practices.
• Promote data literacy by supporting users in navigating self- service BI tools and understanding reports.
• Ensure data used in reporting complies with company standards and governance policies.

Skills & Experience:
Required
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
• Basic understanding of e- commerce operations, marketing, and sales metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• 2–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, sales planning or a similar role (e- commerce experience preferred).
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong understanding of sales channels in FMCG (both online and offline); ability to coordinate cross- functional teams, plan, and execute supporting activities.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non- technical audiences.
Preferred
• Familiarity with A/B testing and digital marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of the ASEAN e- commerce market.
• Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) is a plus.
